7xAI Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

All7x Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation, does business as 7xAI ("7xAI," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit 7xai.ai (the "Site"), contact us, subscribe to our emails or text messages, or register for our training, webinars, or events.

This policy does not apply to personal information we process for clients under a consulting, training, or software agreement. The client's agreement with us governs that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically when you use the Site, and from other sources.

Information you give us

Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number (including mobile number), company, and job title.
What you submit in forms, consultation requests, and emails, such as your project needs and questions.
Registration details when you sign up for training, webinars, or events.
Your communication choices, including whether you agreed to receive emails or text messages and the date, time, and method of that consent.
Free tools registration: your name, the verified email address on your 7xAI account, a public LinkedIn profile URL you submit, and the record that you agreed to marketing content and automatic newsletter enrollment, including the exact wording, a version, and the UTC time.
Payment information, which our payment processor collects and processes. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Free tools registration

If you register for AI Tools or The Grokbot Farm, we store your name, the verified email address on your account, the public LinkedIn profile URL you enter, the page you came from, and your marketing consent. That record lives in our registration database. It is not part of the public tool or bot listings, and we do not publish your name, email address, or LinkedIn URL. We do not read or scrape your LinkedIn account. We use the record to give you access to the free tools and, because you agreed, to send marketing content and the weekly newsletter. If email delivery is turned on, we send your name and email address to our email provider, Twilio SendGrid, so it can deliver those messages and honor bounces, spam complaints, and unsubscribes. We do not send your LinkedIn URL to SendGrid.

Information we collect automatically

Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and visit dates and times.
Data from cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 7).
Email engagement data, such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link in it.

Information from other sources

We may receive business contact information, such as your name, job title, and company, from publicly available sources, professional networking sites, event co-hosts, and business information services.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

Respond to inquiries and provide the consultations, proposals, and services you request.
Register you for training, webinars, and events and deliver them.
Send service messages, such as confirmations, scheduling notices, reminders, and invoices.
Send marketing emails and text messages when you have agreed to receive them or as the law otherwise permits (see Sections 4 and 5).
Operate, secure, and improve the Site and understand how visitors use it.
Keep business records, including records of your communication consents and opt-out requests.
Comply with the law, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, property, and safety of 7xAI, our clients, and others.

4. Email Communications

How you opt in. You can subscribe to 7xAI emails, including our newsletter, AI insights, event invitations, and offers, through a signup form or by checking the email consent box on one of our forms. Registration for AI Tools and The Grokbot Farm uses a required checkbox. Checking it is an agreement to receive marketing content and to be enrolled automatically in 7xAI newsletters, including the weekly newsletter email. Agreeing to emails does not sign you up for text messages, and agreeing to text messages does not sign you up for emails.

We may also send business-related emails to professional contacts where the law permits, such as people who have interacted with us or whose role relates to our services.

Service emails. We send transactional and relationship emails, such as replies to your inquiries, registration confirmations, scheduling notices, and invoices, whether or not you subscribe to marketing emails.

How you opt out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@all7x.com to be removed. We process requests promptly and within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing emails does not stop service emails. Unsubscribing from free-tools marketing and newsletters does not delete your registration and does not turn off account sign-in email. You can still use the free tools.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

7xAI sends text messages only to people who opt in. This section describes our text messaging program and how we handle your mobile information.

Program description. All7x Solutions, Inc. d/b/a 7xAI sends two types of text messages, and you choose each type separately:

Service texts: updates about your inquiry, consultation scheduling and reminders, and training or event registration.
Marketing texts: news about 7xAI services, training, events, and offers.

How you opt in. You opt in by entering your mobile number on a 7xAI web form and checking the consent box for each type of text you want. The boxes are unchecked by default, and you can submit our forms without checking them. When you opt in to marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring marketing texts from 7xAI at the number you provided, including texts sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Ask your wireless carrier about your plan.

How you opt out. Reply STOP to any text from 7xAI. You can also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or contact us at privacy@all7x.com. Replying STOP opts you out of all text messages from 7xAI. We may send one text confirming your request, and then we will send no further texts unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP to any text, or contact us at privacy@all7x.com.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your mobile information. We will not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service and text message delivery providers. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; we will not share that information with any third parties.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:

Service providers. Companies that host the Site and provide email delivery, text message delivery, analytics, scheduling, payment processing, customer relationship management, and IT services for us. They may use personal information only to provide services to 7xAI.
Event co-hosts. If you register for an event we co-host, we share your registration details with the co-host and tell you so when you register.
Legal and safety reasons. When we believe the law, legal process, or a government request requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of 7xAI, our clients, or others.
Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
With your consent. When you direct us or allow us to share it.

Except for the support subcontractors described in Section 5, these categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; we do not share that information with any third parties.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, measure Site traffic, and see whether our emails are opened. Some analytics providers may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics cookies to understand website traffic and improve the Site only if you choose Accept on the cookie notice. Until you do, we do not load Google Analytics and we do not set its cookies. If you choose Reject, we do not load it. If it was already loaded, we stop collection and delete its cookies in this browser. We remember Accept or Reject on this browser until you change it.

Your choices. Use Cookie settings in the footer or the button on this page to allow or reject analytics cookies. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some Site features may not work without them.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because no common standard for them exists. Where the law requires, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

8. Use of AI Tools

We use AI tools, including tools from third-party providers, to help run our business, such as drafting replies and summarizing inquiries. We choose providers whose terms protect the confidentiality of the information we send them, and we do not allow them to use personal information you submit through the Site to train their AI models.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to provide services, keep business records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We keep records of consents and opt-out requests, including your number on our do-not-text list, as long as needed to honor your choices and show that we complied with the law.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, such as access controls and encryption of data in transit. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Marketing emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us. Unsubscribing from free-tools marketing leaves your registration and free tools access in place.
Text messages: Reply STOP to any text, or contact us.
Cookies: Use Cookie settings in the footer or on this page to allow or reject Google Analytics cookies. You can also change your browser settings (see Section 7).
Access, correction, and deletion: Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@all7x.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We may keep some information when the law requires it or when we need it to honor your choices; for example, we keep your number on our do-not-text list after you opt out.

Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal our decision on your request. To use any right, contact us as described in Section 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Contact us if you believe a child has given us personal information.

13. Visitors Outside the United States

We are based in the United States and process personal information there. If you use the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

14. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn. We do not control their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before you share information with them.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Site or email you before the change takes effect. We will not use your mobile number or text message consent in a materially different way without your consent.
